I would like to personally thank the Owner…! The way you’ve implemented your customer service ideals throughout your staff, BRAVO…! From the first contact with Buckmaster’s, until the follow up call after setup and delivery, they have been nothing short of Miraculous…!!! I have bought two copiers from Buckmaster and they are the best!Phil was knowledgeable and knew just what type I needed for my law firm. The price was competitive.The machines need little maintenance, but when they have, Buckmaster responds immediately to get the office back online. The service is the best!I am completely satisfied with my experience with Buckmaster and would recommend them to any serious business owner.

I've been doing business with buckmaster for nearly 20 years - across three different organizations and I can honestly say that there is not a better company of this type in the Sacramento area. From print solutions, to scanning, and ESPECIALLY service........... you just can't beat this company. We have all of machines under service contract with them, and they have not let us down. Their response time to a machine issue is stellar. They understand that down time is not really an option. We are expanding with locations here in the states and across Canada, and Buckmaster will be our company of choice to handle all of our print / document handling needs.

Recently, our church's contract with our previous printer company. Given recent bad experiences with them, we went looking for someone else. We were lucky enough to find Buckmaster. They came in, listened to what we needed, and gave us a proposal. The proposal fit our needs perfectly. Installation went very smoothly and quickly so that business was interrupted for the shortest time possible. Buckmaster went above and beyond in making sure we got two great machines as well as removing our old machines for us. They trained us on how to get the best use out of the new machines and have continued to check in to make sure we have everything we need. They were kind and professional throughout. Their prices are incredibly competitive. We are so glad we chose to work with this family run company and look forward to continuing our relationship with them for many years to come.

Our salesman with Buckmaster is Carl Folcik. He is very efficient and communicative. We have had very few issues while we've been with Buckmaster, but Carl has gotten personally involved when the issues arose and was excellent in keeping us informed of the progress of the resolution. i would highly recommend Carl and Buckmaster to anyone.

We LOVE Buckmaster! Our company has been doing business with Buckmaster for years & despite other companies trying to get our business, we will never part with their services. Other companies can't compete where they don't compare!Their customer service is AMAZING! Recently, our paper was switched and we had some issues with the new paper quality. Ink was bleeding through and making it hard to read what was written on the other side. I reached out to Tonia on Wednesday about this issue, by Thursday she had a resolution with the supplier and by Friday our paper was switched out and replaced with the paper we were previously receiving. I was so impressed by how quickly the issue was addressed and resolved. They truly care about making their customers happy! I would recommend them to anyone💕

Being in the service industry myself- response time, communication and execution on promises made are paramount in achieving the customer's desired goals. My sales representative Steve Borba, and the team behind him, have delivered flawlessly on all of the above. Steve continues to check in periodically to see how the machine is performing and asks if I have any questions he can help me with. That type of service is a lost art form these days and I can't begin to tell you how greatly appreciative my wife and I are. We couldn't be more pleased with our overall experience with Buckmaster! Buckmaster has been super helpful and their customer service has been amazing. I had a huge printing job I needed completed right away, but I ran out of staples and within hours they delivered them to me and I made the deadline thanks to them. I would highly recommend Buckmaster Office Solutions for all your printing needs. Great customer service is hard to find now a days but they have it.

I own a small business in Lincoln and have been doing business with Buckmaster Office Solutions for 4+ years now. My Account Manager Steve is AWESOME as is EVERYONE within the company. It is so comforting to know that I can call with any questions and get those questions answered in a timely manner. When I have had to call for cleanings/service they usually get a tech in my business the same day...but if not it is FIRST thing the next day. I would recommend Buckmaster to anyone as they can help a Sole Proprietor to a Large Corporation.

We kept having issues with our previous copier so I called Buckmaster Office Solutions to see what they could offer. They came out and accessed our office needs and they were able to get us a copier that does everything we need. They were so good at analyzing our needs we got a second copier for our satellite office. Excellent customer service but copier works so good we don't have to call them very often. Definitely will use them for any future needs.

We called Busckmaster to look at an old folder (not purchased from them) that was not working properly for us, they came out quickly and spent a lot of time addressing the issues. Ultimately we decided we needed a new one and they had several options for us. They were quick, responsive and provided an in person training for staff on how to use the new machine.
